TERRE HAUTE, IN - Saturday marked the first meet of the 2012 Indoor Track & Field season at the Engineer Invitational, hosted by Rose-Hulman.  Competing against a competitive field of eleven teams, the Lynx managed an 8^th place finish. 
Senior, Kevin Stechler and sophomore, Noah Brown led the way with the top individual finishes for the Lynx.  Both men finished 3^rd place in their top events.  Stechler qualified for finals in the 60 meter dash and posted a time 7.16, while Brown ran a personal best time of 8:59.22 in the 3000 meters. 

Other top six finishers on Saturday were seniors, Cody Beatty and Evan Nelsen in the Mile.  Beatty posted a 4^th place finish with a time of 4:26.83, while Nelsen finished 6^th place in 4:27.41.
