“It was a rough day for us. We've been struggling with illness and minor injuries over the last three weeks, and it caught up with us today,” said Head Coach Robert Shankman. “A few of our key guys have missed quite a bit of training recently. But the guys gave it everything they had and that's all I can ask. We're a much better team than what we showed today. We'll regroup and hopefully be ready at the region meet in two weeks.”
The Lynx travel to Greensboro, NC on November 14th for the Division III Southeast Region Championships. The top two teams at the Region Meet will advance to the NCAA Championships in Cleveland on November 21st.
