Suwanee, Georgia ~ Rhodes Lynx senior men's basketball player Reid Hamilton (Birmingham, AL) was chosen as the SCAC Player of the Week for Week 11.  Reid, a 6'6 forward, averaged a double-double in two games against SCAC foes.  On Friday, February 5th, Reid notched a game high 15 points and pulled down 9 rebounds.  He also handed out 2 assists and blocked 2 shots on the evening.  His play helped the Lynx capture a 60-44 victory.  In the Sunday game, Hamilton scored 22 points and grabbed 12 rebounds (including 6 offensive).  He connected on 7 of 15 shooting (46%) on the day as well.  Reid is currently averaging 15 points per game to lead the Lynx and rank him 4th in the SCAC.  His 6.5 rebounds per game is second for the Lynx and ranks 8th in the SCAC.
