The men's cross country team place 1st of 12 teams on their home course.  They scored 41 points to be ahead of second place finishers, Christian Brothers University who had 62.  The top seven finishers for the lynx were in the top 16 overall.  Leading the men was Mark Handelman who placed 4th (26:51).

Other standouts included a close group finshing right behind Handelman of Chris Moore who placed 7th at 27:15 and Josh Deaton who placed 8th with a time of 27:18 and Steele French at 10th with 27:20.  Cody Beatty (12th/27:32) and Will Hawes (14th/27:52) led the lynx freshmen.  Robert McMillan came in 16th with a time of 28:06.
